Our Design Process
The final result in just important as your experience in dealing with us, so here is what to expect. Design, installation and maintenance follow a methodical process, however this may vary client to client depending on whether your need all three services or just one.
Initial Consultation
Pre job questionnaire, meet and greet, understanding client’s budget and requirements, familiarise with site and conditions, discuss design fees and contracts, discuss possible schedule, landscape concept and potential.
Site Survey
Plans, boundaries, levels, size of house and detailed measurements, existing features, soil type etc.
Development plan / Concept plan
Present sketched outline plan, discussion, alteration, suggestions, agreement.
Master plans
Present final Master Plan with concept, notes, features and materials used etc.
Planting plan
Present final Planting Plan, showing plant selections and position of plants for entire garden.
Installation
Develop project schedule, install as per project plan (weather, materials and deliveries depending).
Maintenance
Optional – initial or on-going education and maintenance can give your garden a great start. What people don’t realise is that plants and lawns are really susceptible in their first years and do need lots TLC to keep it looking as good as when it was installed. We can provide required knowledge and maintenance, to begin years of enjoyment out of a flourishing garden.
